Dell to Acquire Boomi

Dell DELL today announced it has agreed to acquire Software-as-a-Service integration company Boomi to help businesses reap the full value of cloud computing. Terms of Dell's acquisition of Boomi were not disclosed. The purchase is subject to customary closing conditions.
