Dell To Acquire Cloud Computing Company Boomi (DELL)

Reuters is reporting that Dell DELL is acquiring cloud-computing company Boomi. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed. The company is looking to shore up its ability to provide software and computing over the internet. According to Reuters, Boomi counts Salesforce.com CRM among its clients and the company helps to integrate applications and smooth data transfers between programs. DELL shares have gained 0.35% on Tuesday and no currently trade at $14.45.
