Consolidated Graphics Announces $50M Stock Repurchase

On November 1, 2010, the Board of Directors of Consolidated Graphics, Inc.

authorized a new common share repurchase program for the purchase of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares up to an aggregate of $50 million.
