CGI Awarded US$22 Million Task Order by the Environmental Protection Agency for Agency-wide Call Center Support

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has awarded CGI Federal Inc. CGI, a wholly-owned U.S. operating subsidiary of CGI Group Inc. GIB, a US$22 million firm-fixed-price task order including a one-year base and five, one-year option periods issued under the multi-vendor, seven-year, US$955 million, ITS-EPA II Program Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Under this task order, CGI will provide an agency-wide call center to support central and local infrastructure, desktop, local and national telecommunications, and application software in a firm-fixed-price per seat environment. Under this contract, CGI will help EPA support its customers and the public with voice communications, e-mail, fax, web access, and online chat services.
