KF Awards Accenture Multi-year Contract

Accenture ACN has signed a multi-year application management services contract with KF - The Swedish Cooperative Union. The awarding of the contract follows a review by the retailer of its existing IT providers. Under the terms of the agreement, Accenture will manage the existing portfolio of SAP and Microsoft applications, legacy mainframe applications and websites of Coop, KF's grocery retail business unit. The contract covers the applications used by all of Coop's key business and operational areas, including supply chain, customer loyalty, online services, marketing, merchandising, human resources and finance. Financial terms were not disclosed.
