The cigarette stocks aren't quite quitting, but they are putting out the light, at least for today. Shares of Philip Morris International Inc. PM are down 59 cents to $60.23, a loss of nearly 1%. Altria Group, Inc. MO is down 14 cents to $26.01, a loss of 0.5%. Lorillard Inc. LO is down 25 cents to $88.69, a loss of 0.28%.
