Comtech Telecomm reported Q4 sales of $77.5 million and GAAP earnings of $0.34 per share. Oragenics Inc OGEN shares declined 14.03 percent to $1.90 after the company reported positive results of an independent ProBiora3 study. Galapagos NV (ADR) GLPG shares fell 11.90 percent to $41.01 after rising 4.37 percent on Monday. Digital Turbine Inc APPS slipped 2.92 percent to $1.66 after the company priced 7.6 million shares at $1.57 per share.
