Equifax Board of Directors Increases Quarterly Dividend to $.16

Equifax Inc. EFX today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, a 400 percent increase from the current dividend of $0.04 per share, payable on December 15, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 24, 2010.
