FedEx Corp. Board Declares Quarterly Dividend of $.12

The Board of Directors of FedEx Corporation FDX today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on FedEx Corporation common stock. The dividend is payable December 17, 2010 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 22, 2010.
