Granite Reports Third-Quarter EPS of $.99

Granite Construction Incorporated GVA today reported a net income of $38.7 million, or $0.99 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2010 compared with net income of $30.6 million, or $0.79 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2009. A tax benefit contributed $8.0 million to net income in the third quarter of 2010.
