Emeritus Corporation Prices Common Stock Offering at $18.25 per Share

Emeritus Corporation ESC today announced the pricing of a previously announced underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $18.25 per share. 4,000,000 shares of common stock will be sold by Emeritus and 1,000,000 shares will be sold by the selling shareholders. Emeritus has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase at the public offering price up to an additional 750,000 shares to cover overallotments, if any.
