Accuride Corporation ACW shares declined 8.13 percent to $2.60. Accuride reported Q2 earnings of $0.04 per share on revenue of $163.4 million. Revance Therapeutics Inc RVNC shares dropped 5.57 percent to $36.99 after the company reported a proposed public offering of common stock. Lendingtree Inc TREE slipped 5.24 percent to $115.00 after the company reported the commencement of a common stock offering. Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. CMG shares dropped 4.34 percent to $612.46 following a report that Seattle and Portland locations were shut due to E. coli outbreak. Visa Inc V shares slipped 3.62 percent to $74.77. Visa reported downbeat quarterly earnings. The company reported a new $5 billion stock buyback program and also agreed to acquire Visa Europe Ltd. in a deal worth up to 21.2 billion euros. Prima BioMed Ltd (ADR) PBMD dropped 3.28 percent to $1.18 after the company reported that it has raised AUD $2 million via an equity placement to a leading Australian institutional investor. PMC-Sierra Inc PMCS shares declined 1.01 percent to $11.80. PMC-Sierra's board said Microsemi Corporation's MSCC latest proposal is not superior to Skyworks Solutions Inc's SWKS transaction.
