BlackRock, Inc. BLK today announced that it has completed the secondary offering of 58,737,122 shares of its common stock at a price per share of $163.00. The total offering included 51,237,122 shares of its common stock offered by Bank of America Corporation and 7,500,000 shares offered by The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.
