Ethan Allen Declares Cash Dividend of $.05

Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. ETH announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share which will be payable to shareholders of record as of January 10, 2011 and will be paid on January 25, 2011.
