SEACOR Holdings Announces Special Dividend of $15.00

SEACOR Holdings Inc. CKH today announced that its Board of Directors declared a Special Dividend of $15.00 per common share. The Special Dividend is payable to shareholders of record on December 14, 2010 and is expected to be paid on December 21, 2010.
