Keefe, Bruyette, & Woods Increases FFO forecasts on Public Storage

Keefe, Bruyette & Woods is increasing their 2010 and 2011 FFO operating forecasts on Public Storage PSA following improving trends. KBW increased its 2010 FFO forecast from $4.42 to $4.80 and its 2011 FFO forecast from $5.41 to $5.45. PSA closed Thursday at $96.18.
