Some Morgan Stanley Employees Not Receiving Bonuses

Some Morgan Stanley MS employees will not be receiving bonuses this year, according to Financial News. The plan is to not give bonuses to new hires who have underperformed expectations. Morgan Stanley believes that its new policy will cause some turnover amongst its underachievers and allow for fresh, profitable faces to enter the firm. Shares of Morgan Stanley are down 11 cents to $25.72, a loss of 0.4%.
