Herb Greenberg was just on CNBC talking about Green Mountain GMCR. He said the company still has its SEC probe, and the company expected to file its 10-K by 12/9. The company restated its earnings for 2007-2010 and it lowered it by 4-5 cents. Shares are up around 10% in early Monday trading.
