Tier Technologies Down 10% (TIER)

Tier Technologies, Inc. TIER is down 10% in early Tuesday trading to $5.11, a loss of 57‎ cents. Volume is particularly heavy this morning for the small cap stock, and has already traded almost its entire daily volume just an hour in trading. Yesterday, TIER announced it was buying back $10 million worth of stock in a Dutch auction.
