CVR Energy Announces Closing of Secondary Offering of 20.7M Shares

CVR Energy, Inc. CVI today announced the closing of a registered underwritten secondary public offering of 20,700,000 shares of CVR Energy's common stock by certain of its stockholders at a public offering price of $10.75 per share, including 2,700,000 shares purchased by the underwriters pursuant to their option to purchase additional shares of common stock. No shares were sold by the Company and it will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
