China New Energy Group Company (CNER) earlier today announced its third quarter financial results ended September 30, 2010.
For the third quarter ended September 30, 2010, revenues were $162,066 compared to $1.1 million in the same quarter last year.
Net loss attributable to common shareholders was $17.3 million compared to net income attributable to common shareholders of $5.9 million, or $0.03 per diluted share, in the same period last year.
Adjusted net loss attributable to common shareholders, which excludes the non-cash impact of the change in fair value of derivative financial instruments, was $9.0 million, compared to an adjusted net loss of $130,557 for the third quarter of last year.
