CapitalSource Declares Fourth Quarter 2010 Dividend Of $0.01 Per Share

CapitalSource Inc. CSE today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share on its common stock for the fourth quarter of 2010. The dividend will be payable on or about December 28, 2010 to shareholders of record on December 13, 2010. The ex-dividend date will be December 9, 2010.
