Alcoa Breaking Out (AA, CENX)

The stock's three-month high is $14.17 reached on November 9th. Alcoa shares are up 29% over the last three months, but are still down 16% year-to-date. Century Aluminum CENX is also surging today, up 67 cents, or 4.72%, to $14.86.
