Post Properties Announces Dividend of $.20

Post Properties, Inc. PPS today announced quarterly dividends on its common stock of $0.20 per share for the fourth quarter of 2010. The dividend is payable on January 14, 2011 to all common stock shareholders of record as of January 3, 2011.
