Arrow Electronics Announces Acquisition of Diasa Informática

Arrow Electronics, Inc. ARW announced that it has acquired Diasa Informática. Diasa is headquartered in Madrid, Spain and has approximately 140 employees. Total sales were approximately $250 million for the most recent fiscal year. The transaction is expected to be accretive to earnings in the first full year of operations.
