Top Narrow Based Indexes For December 6 (MED, CCME, CYD)

By 12:46 pm, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 11.77 points, or 0.10%, to 11,370.32, while the broader Standard & Poor's 500 index had lost 3.31 points, or 0.13%. The NASDAQ composite index fell 2.55 points, or 0.21%. Some of the narrow based indexes that are still afloat in the markets are Fitness and Dieting Stocks, which have gained 3.7%, Chinese Advertising Stocks, up 3.2%, and Chinese Auto Parts Stocks, moving 3.0% higher as a group. In Tickerspy's Fitness and Dieting complex, Medifast Inc MED had surged 5.4%. Analysts at Wedbush initiated coverage of MED with an “outperform” rating. The best performing Tickerspy Chinese Advertising stock has been China MediaExpress Holdings Inc CCME, which was up 9.5%. CCME's PEG ratio is 0.27.
