Jacobs Receives $271 Million Basic Ordering Agreement

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. JEC announced today that it received a basic ordering agreement to provide design-build services at EnRoute Facilities for the Federal Aviation Administration. Officials indicated that the maximum BOA value is $271 million for the entire performance period. The base period of performance begins the date of agreement award and lasts through sixty months, with two twenty-four-month options. If both options are exercised, the total performance period is expected to be nine years.
