Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. ICE notes the recent press speculation with respect to London Stock Exchange Group plc LDNXF and confirms that ICE is considering making an offer for LSEG. No approach has been made to the Board of LSEG, and no decision has yet been made as to whether to pursue such an offer.
