Men's Wearhouse Plunging On Weark Earnings

Shares of The Men's Wearhouse, Inc. MW are plunging in pre-market trading, down more than 9% after the company reported a weaker than expected outlook for the fourth quarter. Net income for the third quarter rose 47 cents per share. Ex-items, MW earned 57 cents per share, on revenues of $550.1 million. These beat Wall Street expectations of $521.4 million and earnings of 48 cents per shares. Men's Wearhouse said it expects to lose 19-22 cents in the coming quarter, a sharper loss than the 5 cents Wall Street had anticipated. At last check, shares of MW were off $2.72 to $26.02 in pre-market.
