National Fuel Declares Dividend of $.345

The Board of Directors of National Fuel Gas Company NFG today approved payment of a regular quarterly dividend of 34.5 cents per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable January 14, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2010.
