Weight Watchers Declares Dividend of $.175

Weight Watchers International, Inc. WTW today announced that its Board of Directors declared its quarterly cash dividend of $0.175 per share of common stock, which corresponds to an annual dividend rate of $0.70 per share. This quarterly dividend will be payable on January 14, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2010.
