Bunge to Purchase California Rice Mill from Anheuser-Busch Subsidiary

Bunge North America, the North American operating arm of Bunge Limited BG, announced that it has agreed to buy the rice milling business of Pacific International Rice Mills, LLC, a subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch, Inc BUD. The purchase is expected to close by the end of the year, subject to customary closing conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
