Dynex Capital, Inc. Prices Stock Offering at $10.20 per Share

Dynex Capital, Inc. DX announced today that it priced a public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $10.20 per share for total gross proceeds (before the underwriting discount and commissions and estimated expenses) of approximately $61.2 million. The Company has granted the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares of common stock. The offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close on December 17, 2010.
