Piper Jaffray has lowered its rating on shares of Compellent Technologies Inc. CML to Neutral. At the same time, Piper Jaffray has raised its price target to $27.75 (from $25) to reflect Dell Inc.'s DELL recent takeover offer on shares of CML. Compellent currently trades at $27.98; Dell trades at $13.36.
