FSTR PRPX Merger May Be Blocked (FSTR, PRPX)

Hearing chatter currently that the merger negotiations between Portec Rail Products PRPX and L.B. Foster Company FSTR may be blocked. Specifically, hearing that L.B. Foster Company must divest to proceed with the merger. Justice Department confirms that it requires divestiture in order for L.B. Foster (FSTR) to proceed with its acquisition of Portec Rail Products.
