Teradata Renews Partnership With Walmart

Teradata Corporation TDC today announced an agreement to broaden its partnership with Walmart WMT. The agreement includes an upgrade and expansion of Walmart's data warehouse environment to provide next-generation capabilities. The Teradata technology will offer an expected 50 percent reduction in floor space required and a 40 percent reduction in energy consumption.
