International Coal Group Prices Offering (ICO)

International Coal Group, Inc. ICO announced this morning that it has priced its common stock offering at $7.35 per share. The offering comes from affiliates of each of WL Ross & Co. and Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, respectively, at a public offering price of $7.35 per share. Bank of America Merrill Lynch acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering. Shares are up 6 cents in pre-market trading to $7.15.
