General Moly Appoints Patrick James as Non-Executive Chairman

General Moly GMO announced that Patrick James has been appointed to the Board of Directors. Mr. James will serve as independent non-executive Chairman and will chair the Governance and Nominating committee as well as serve on the Technical, Finance and Compensation committees.
