Jarden Corporation Declares Dividend of 8.25 Cents

Jarden Corporation JAH today announced that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.0825 per share of the Company's common stock, payable on January 31, 2011 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 3, 2011.
