Principal Real Estate Investors Acquires Office Building in Houston

Principal Real Estate Investors PFG announces the acquisition of Westway III from Dienna Nelson Augustine Company. Westway III is a 182,000 square-foot, class A office building located in west Houston. Completed in 2008, it has earned Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design gold certification status.
