J.P. Morgan is raising its PT on Kindred Healthcare, Inc. KND from $18 to $20.
“The company also updated its 2010 outlook, seeing full-year GAAP EPS at $1.35 and 4Q10 EPS at the upper end of previous guidance of $0.38-$0.43,” J.P. Morgan writes.
“Here the 4Q includes $2mm-$3mm of pre-tax expenses ($0.03-$0.04/share) related to transaction costs. Similar to the 2011 outlook, the upside in the 4Q appears to be more about better performance out of the skilled nursing facilities than from the LTCHs.”
Kindred Healthcare currently trades at $18.67.
