Cardinal Health Receives Regulatory Clearance for Acquisition of Kinray

Cardinal Health CAH today announced that the Federal Trade Commission has granted early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 for its proposed acquisition of Kinray, Inc. Cardinal Health now anticipates closing the Kinray transaction shortly.
