Fidelity Nasdaq Composite Index Tracking Stock Declares Income Dividend of $0.32

Fidelity Investments announced today that the Fidelity Nasdaq Composite Index Tracking Stock ONEQ will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share from net investment income. The dividend will be paid on Thursday, December 23, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Tuesday, December 21, 2010. The ex-dividend date is Friday, December 17, 2010.
