Kingsway Announces Transaction Approval for Atlast Financial Holdings

Kingsway Financial Services Inc. KFS announced today that the TSX Venture Exchange has conditionally approved the transaction by which American Country Insurance Company and American Service Insurance Company, Inc. will become subsidiaries of Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc. This will be the qualifying transaction of JJR VI Acquisition Corp. which will be renamed Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc. at closing. In connection with this approval, JJR VI filed a filing statement on SEDAR describing this previously announced transaction.
