Brian Sozzi of Wall Street Strategies noted that the P/E ratio of the S&P 500 is the highest its been since June. Brian Sozzi is a noted retail analyst and has made such calls as Ann Taylor ANN in May 2010 and recently picked New York Co. NWY as his retail pick for 2011.
