Partner Communications Announces the High Court of Justice's Decision in Favor of the Company

Partner Communications Company Ltd. PTNR announces that the Supreme Court in its capacity as a High Court of Justice decided yesterday, December 27, 2010, to fully accept the Company's petition against the Ministry of Communications regarding the amount of frequency fees that the Company should have paid for frequencies allocated to the Company in a tender in 2001.
