TranS1 Inc. TSON today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed current President and COO, Ken Reali, as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Randall, its current Chief Executive Officer, will continue to serve as a member of the Board in the newly created position of Executive Chairman of the Board.
