Sun Life completes sale of reinsurance business to Berkshire Hathaway

Sun Life Financial Inc. SLF announced today that Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada completed the sale of its life reinsurance business to Berkshire Hathaway Life Co. of Nebraska on December 31, 2010. The agreement to sell the business was announced on October 27, 2010.
