Ashland to Sell PE Business to Perstorp

Ashland Inc. ASH today announced that its subsidiary, Hercules Incorporated, has signed a definitive agreement to sell its pentaerythritol business to Perstorp Polyols Inc., a subsidiary of Perstorp Holding AB. The purchase price was not disclosed.
