Goldman Sachs Doesn't Know Everything

Despite investing a cool $450 million in the company, Goldman Sachs GS got a tutorial on how to use its newest investment: Facebook. Goldman prohibits its employees from using social networking sites at the office, and got a tutorial from Facebook's David Ebersman, it's chief financial officer. The presentation was done so Goldman's older clients who are investing in the site as part of the special purpose vehicle would get an idea of what they are investing in. It was also done to make sure Goldman's employees themselves understand how the site works. Ebersman used a mockup of the site, not the actual live site.
